Westend is the city magazine for the eponymous district in Munich. The corporate design was created in 2014. Westend was, and especially was back then, a neighborhood that was increasingly inhabited by artists and students because it somehow never belonged to the rest of munich. This is reflected in the design, with the stroke representing a boundary, isolation, but still being flexible and ready to open up.
