In the summer of 2021, Gut Minihof launched a pop-up wine tavern in Southern Burgenland. The following year, the wine tavern at Gut Minihof became a permanent fixture for every culinary enthusiast starting in June. The dishes are prepared by the chefs from Labstelle, using locally sourced ingredients. The logo and the entire corporate design were created by Volkmar.
